ABOUT US
A Track Record of Building What Works
At VC-backed companies like Elliptic, Patientco (acquired by Waystar), Pindrop, and Cloud Sherpas (acquired by Accenture), I built integrated marketing programs that delivered results , not just marketing vanity metrics.
-
3x pipeline growth and 2.5x lead volume through integrated demand and ABM plays.
-
70%+ of leads qualified and routed directly to sales through smart segmentation and lead scoring.
-
Global campaign rollouts spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC.
-
Field and event strategies that connected complex products to real buyer needs.
These wins weren’t achieved overnight, but they were crafted with data, collaboration, and a genuine understanding of how startups grow: one experiment, one insight, one bold iteration at a time.

Meet DragonScale Marketing
Over the past 15 years, I've helped build marketing programs and mentor marketing teams to drive measurable growth across some of the most complex industries including healthcare payments, crypto compliance and blockchain analytics, fraud and identity and other B2B and B2B2C SaaS solutions.
My experience spans the full growth journey which includes Series A startups figuring out their first campaigns to global scale-ups refining their go-to-market motion. I’ve built demand generation engines from the ground up, unified marketing and sales teams, and led the development of scalable ABM frameworks that consistently turned strategy into pipeline.
I believe growth is both an art and a science. The art is storytelling that connects; the science is the data that drives decisions. My approach blends both, using metrics to guide strategy while staying rooted in empathy, authenticity, and clarity.
I love helping founders and marketing leaders define what really matters to their stage: sustainable systems, clear positioning, and repeatable programs that can efficiently scale.
Let's dive into your vision to see where we can optimize your company's growth.
Sincerely,
Amanda Abarno
